Our individually designed apartments are located only 50 metres from Seaton Beach. All are equipped with the latest facilities, including WiFi, for your enjoyment whilst staying in this beautiful town on the Jurassic Coast.
We are ideally situated for easy walking access to Seaton Tramway and the Wetlands. Pecorama is a short distance away in the local town of Beer.

Seaton Tramway
Seaton Tramway is a narrow gauge heritage tramline that runs between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton, travelling alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves and giving a wonderful view of the abundant wading bird life. At the end you can explore the delightful town of Colyton, enjoy a cream tea at the tramstop or lunch in one of the many pubs or cafes in Colyton.

Pecorama
Situated in the small fishing village of Beer, Pecorama has delightfully landscaped gardens with a narrow gauge passenger-carrying railway running for over a mile around the grounds. There are steam and diesel locomotives, an electric tram, a railway modelling exhibition and shop, children’s play areas, plus various cafes on site.

Seaton Wetlands and Wildlife Centre
A short walk from our apartments the Wetlands is a must for all those who enjoy nature. There are nearly 4km of easy-going trails through the marshland and wetlands alongside River Axe with several bird hides to explore There are guided walks and activities available to enjoy which makes it a must for families or you are free to roam at your pleasure.
